Meepo support
What is Meepo?
Meepo is a friendly goals app. You set goals, check in when you do them, and a little creature cheers you on.
Who can see my goals and chats?
Your goals and check-ins are kept on Meepo's server, tied to your account. Your chats with Meepo stay only on your phone. To write replies, chat text is sent through Meepo's server to OpenAI. Full details are in the privacy policy.
How do I delete my account?
Use the delete your account page. It removes everything Meepo's server holds about you. Copies can remain in the service logs and backups of Supabase, the company that hosts Meepo's server, for up to 7 days, and are then erased. Data on your phone stays until you uninstall the app.
What happens if I miss a check-in?
A missed check-in is recorded as missed. Meepo sends no follow-up notification, reminder or message about it.
